• Costume styles are subject to change without notice due to the manufacturer’s production and it is beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we find out about it ourselves.

• We will make every effort to ensure swift delivery. However, we are not responsible for late deliveries made by any carrier as shipping logistics we cannot define. Generally, there is no problem with delivery reaching you within the specified time. However, exceptions may occur for any number of reasons, including, but not limited to bad weather, difficult to find address, etc. If ordering for Halloween, we highly advise you to place your order EARLY to ensure safe delivery of your products.

How do I place an order on your store?

To place an order, you need to register your name and details with the store. Please note that no orders will be accepted on Phone due to privacy and security issues.

I've added everything I want to my cart but how do I complete the purchase?

To complete the order, you can go to the "show cart" option, here choose the "checkout" option and you will be given step-by-step instructions to complete the order.

Why do I have to register in order to buy?

By asking you to register we get all the information needed for the delivery of your order. Also all your account history, past purchases and useful information will be saved on the site. You do not have to enter all your information every time you order -- it is all there when you log in with your username and password.

How do I determine if a product is the correct size?

Please click on the details of the costume to access the sizing chart. Please keep in mind that most costumes run smaller and tighter than usual clothing, so if you are debating between two sizes, go with the bigger size.

Do you have everything in stock?

We have most items in stock. It would be mentioned if the item is out of stock. To check when that item will be back in stock contact us at sales@ToyHo.com.

If an item is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

Check back every week or so. We regularly update our inventory.

How do I know if my purchase has been confirmed?

After clicking the "Submit" button, you'll be taken to an order confirmation page that will provide your order number. You will also receive a confirmation message to the email address you provided during the checkout process.

If I've already placed my order, but haven't received it yet, how can I find out when I will receive my order?

You will receive an email with tracking number once your order ships. If you have not received this email, check you spam mailbox first before e-mailing us with your order number, name and date of order. Some online service providers do mistake our genuine e-mails to you as spam, so please check before contacting us. We will follow-up with you within few hours of receipt of your e-mail.

My credit card was charged but I have not received any conformation mail.

In such a scenario, please first check you Spam/Junk folder. If you haven’t received any order number or conformation mail from ToyHo.com, wait for at least 6 hours as sometimes the amount is charged back to your account. This may be due to following reasons:

  • You are providing an incorrect billing address. The billing address has to be exactly the same address where you receive your credit card statement
  • You could be providing an incorrect card security code
  • Or, the card number itself is incorrect

Please check your card details & try placing the order again. You can also try using any alternate card. If this also fails; you may try using the "Pay with PayPal" option during checkout. This will take you to PayPal to complete your payment. Your card might work there.

How do I receive my order?

Either FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Most orders go out via UPS or USPS. We will determine the fastest way to get your products to you. If no one is at home, your order may be left on the door at the carrier’s discretion. Your order will be packaged discreetly in a standard box, USPS box, or UPS box.

Which credit cards does ToyHo.com accept?

We accept all major credit cards (like Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Bankcard, Maestro, Solo etc.). You can also pay via PayPal (please select ‘Pay via PayPal’ option while checking out). We ONLY accept online payments.

Northern Planet LLC is the parent company of ToyHo.com. We are the sole owners of ToyHo.com and you are billed under our parent company, Northern Planet LLC.

If I place my order today, when will I receive it?

Generally, we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. On rare occasions only, orders may take 2-3 days to fill before shipping. Once your order ships, it generally will arrive within:

  • 1-2 business days for Premium Shipping
  • 2-3 business days for Express Shipping
  • 4-7 business days for Standard Shipping
  • 7-14 business days for Economy Shipping

Please keep in mind that we have no control over delays in shipping by FedEx, UPS, USPS or any other carrier. You will be responsible for the order once it ships from our warehouse. If an order is refused at delivery, restocking fee ranging from 0-35% will apply and shipping is not refunded.

Do you accept Bulk Orders?

Yes, we do accept bulk orders. For further details mail us at sales@ToyHo.com with the details and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that we do not accept returns on bulk orders. Check our Return Policy for further details. Orders above the quantity of 5 are considered as Bulk Orders.
